 Bitumor Primer is Bituminous air curing ready mixed Acid & Alkali resistant special primer. An industrial Asphalt base anti-corrosive PFC – Primer is used to protect structures against atmospheric corrosion and effects created by acid fumes and dry wet gases. Primer is always applied to RCC / CEMENT surface before the Mastic Lining work.

The Membrane is developed by PFC Primer and PFC Mastic compound.
Hot melt type corrosion resistant cement in slab shape resists dilute acids, alkalies, salts etc. Best for heavy duty industrial flooring and Brick / Tile inter – liner material. Effective laying system for floors / elevated floors of chemical storage tank-pads in refinery, gas & oil based projects.

After the concrete surface is inspected and establish to be free from cracks, dirt, oils, grease, other Foreign matters and defects of any kind Bitumor Primer is applied on concrete inveterate as above by brush or spray. It is allowed to dry until crucial track free, which is usually 4 hrs at ambient temperature. The drying time is depended upon the temperature if climate is cold; more than 4 hrs will be required. |
Bitumor Primer can be functional by brush or spray and dried within 4 to 6 hours at ambient temperature. Bitumor Primer can be used as primer coat on concrete surface before relevance of layer of Mastic for Acid Resistant Brick Construction. |
